Fight Game Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 Could be any one setting in the bios for your ram. Search for your ram, and maybe someone has posted some known good working settings (for them), and you can use this as a start point. Being PC4000 they should be able to do 250, but the timings still have to be correct. One good place to search would be the overclock database (even if you're not into oc'ing), just to get a start point. You'll need to turn down the HTT/FSB multi to 3 or 4. This multi times your HTT should be between 600-1000. I've heard that as long as you're using the newest official bios (are oyu?), that auto should work, but better be safe than sorry, and adjust yourself to 3x. Also not sure how well the winchesters oc (on average), but pretty sure they don't do as well as venices (again, on average)
TheWonkerer Posted November 17, 2005 Posted November 17, 2005 Anyone have a rig similar to mine using a winchester core A64?
