Help !! Blu screen probably for ram setting

hi,

sorry for my bad english (i'm Italian)

i have some problem whit my pc from 1 mounth.

the system are stable , but some time i have blu screen

 

i have changed yesterday the cl,trp,............ in my bios and the problem is resolved.....

but only for 1 day

now, i have again this problem (especially during battlefield 2 on-line)

this blu screen are ramdon, and not always.

 

can you help me to set correct my bios?? and my ram bios setting?

 

my hardware is in the signature

P.S: i am about to change ram, from my 2X512 OCZ PC5000 to 2 X 1 Gb G.Skill Extreme Series / DDR I PC4000 3-4-4-8 Dual Channel.......... what do you think ?
