How to connect CPU and chipset fan to reobus?

just received my pctoys fan controller today. using 2 ports to control the noisy vantec casing fans and 2 are reserved for the CPU and chipset fan; which most of you guys suggest running from a fan controller instead of from the mobo.

i know how to plug the 2 fans to the controller, but how do i connect it back to the mobo so i can read what rpm are the fans running at? i remember seeing a diagram around somewhere but i can't seem to find it after a long search.

thanks for the help guys.

Separate the yellow wire from the connector and put it in its own conector (you need a spare connector hader for this ;) ). I have installed both the CPU and the GPU fans in this way, power is adjusted via the sunbeam rheostat, the yellow wire goes to the mobo for rpm reading

Here is a picture of the GPU wire (it is white instead of yellow) conected to the mobo
