what bios for my Venice?

Hi, I have never bios flashed before, so I want to know how to do it. I've been reading up on it here but not really sure what version to go for. So here is where you guys come in and tell me what version to use and maybe why? Or is there somewhere where there is a list of all the version and what they do? I'm armed with two spare chips, one has 125 and the other has 310, same as what I'm using now. So if I stuff things up I'm covered.

I do some overclocking, not heaps but wouldn't mind getting more into it so I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

if you are gonna do little or no overclocking, use the 623 bios - its great. if you're gonna overclock a little farther, then look nowhere else - the 704-2BTA is best.

Is that a beta version? I don't really want to be voiding my warranty atm. Also can you tell me why that version is better to use than 623.
