Download systool http://www.techpowerup.com/systool/SysTool_0.1.exe go to cpu overlcloking, set ICS954116 as clock generator, and u got yourself a way to set fsb in windows. Great motherboard, my problem is getting the max out of my mushkin 2x512mb bh5 mems. Still tweaking the timmings.
