Good news !

No more "exit from bios" problems for me with this bios :shake:

With the original 10/11 bios, everytime i change a setting in the bios and do 'save to CMOS and exit' , the system hangs.

This problem is now solved for me with the 11/2 bios.

good luck !

Still playing with it, but so far it didn't fix much.

Board now posts after messing with the BIOS, but only at stock settings. It still won't post when overclocking, still have to hit reset for it to post.

It sitll occasionally hangs on POST, either before loading windows, or before going into the BIOS, even at 100% prime95 stable settings.

everest/sandra memory reads are sitll low.

haven't tested for 270HTT wall yet, will do so later tonight.

on the more positive note, i was able to drop vcore down to 1.61 from 1.67, seems stable so far. Not sure if the CPU just got burned in, or this BIOS did something, but i am not complaining. Prime95 testing it right now. Temps are the same as before.

UPDATE: vcore is back to 1.67v, wasn't prime stable at 1.61 and 1.64. So this BIOS did nothing for me except having the board post at stock settings after exiting the BIOS. Waiting for the next beta.

I d/l this new bios though I don't have a PCI-E video card to even start my computer yet. I'm sure it will fix any problems I will have after initial load.

Try with just 2 dimms installed...it may be your memory load thats the issue
