MaxT Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 only partially solved. It works at stock settings. But when the system is overclocked, it still won't post. Have to hit reset manually.

FlashFire Posted November 5, 2005 Posted November 5, 2005 In Genie BIOS I changed "Reset FSB Clock During Hardware Reset" and haven't no POSTed after BIOS exit yet (when HTT OCd too). Hopefully it works for others.

Hopefully it works for others. Didn't do anything for me. In fact, i had to RMA the board. It now hangs at POST like 8 out of 10 times. When it gets into windows, it's prime95 stable, but it takes forver to turn the system on.

Daedalus Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I get that problem with the BIOS, also just had another one, turned PC off to do something, about 1 minute later turned it on, and nowt, had to shut down the PSU again, and try again, would'nt come on for like 4x attemps, thought it had died was well worried. Anyone else get that, where it wont come on.
k0nsl Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I can also confirm that my board has this problem. Everything else is fine, except for these boot issues. I am using the latest beta bios. -k0nsl [edit] Yes I have had that problem a couple of times. How to solve? You just have to reset untill it starts again; in my case I had to reset about 8 times to get it back. I felt like a medic giving a badly hurt guy the shock-paddles over & over.
