Koolance Question

OK, I got a Koolance case & an Enermax dual fan ps. Unfortunately (maybe) the Koolance case covers up the 2nd fan, which is on the bottom of the ps, normally right above where the cpu goes. I'm sure the reason for this is to channel air across the radiator. My first question is this: if I cut a hole in the plastic panel so the 2nd ps fan can suck air out & blow it out the back, is this going to cause a temp increase, due to messing up the airflow across the radiator? Or will it make it more efficient, causing less air to have to be passed over the radiator? Either one would make some sense to me, and I'm sure this combination of parts isn't too uncommon in the OC world. Has anyone done this? Has anyone HEARD of anyone doing this? I don't wanna screw my nice case up if it's gonna hurt the performance, but then again, that 2nd ps fan is just going to waste with a plastic panel covering it. Any input is appreciated... Send e-mail to [email protected] if you can tell me something about this. Thanks...

Heck I would just leave it..

Or if you wanted.. in the back top of the case. put an 80MM blowhole exaust.. and that would prolly due the trick..

then it would look nicer..

I think I figured out how to make this work, and well. I will cut the hole, but cover it again with something that leaves room for airflow. That way it pulls air from the correct place, and with more power, which in turn will cool the water more efficiently, and as a result, my system will be cooler, and therefore more overclockable. Sounds good to me.... now all I need is a new vid card (I fried mine with a 550 watt power supply, which brings me to another question that I'll post in another string) & the cooling blocks for the cpu, chipset, and graphics. Then I'll at least be able to run my machine. I could probably make it go right now, but the only vid card I have at the moment is a 1 meg pci card (LOLLL!!!). Anyway, thought I'd share my idea. If anyone has any input, please post.
