antec sp500..enough?

im getting ready to order all my new parts ..

 

the question is will my antec sp500 be enough power for the nf4 sli-dr,2 video cards,amd 3000+venice,2 ide hard drives,normal cooling,sb audigy,and a pair of dvd drives

Ive found the only way to tell is to try it unless its really obvious but which two video cards are they?

480 watt is enough for Dual 6600GT.

For Dual 6800 or Single 7800 you need minimum 530 watt

I wouldn't buy a Antec PSU. I just built a computer over the summer and i think my video card was destroyed by the anyec that came with it.
