are you overclocking while windows is running then ..

otherwise i dont see the point of having to adjust through a program ...

Id prefer to do it in the bios anyway cos its safer .... and the way its ment to be done

Ah yea its the modern age now - overclocking is mostly done in windows. Its alot quicker rather than rebooting everytime you wanna change something ;)

Once you have found your max clock you set it in bios.

what programe do you use

im not sure if you can change the vcore while the computer is running, however you might be able to, im not really an expert on the overclocking front (as indicated by going from 200 - 220 - 240 FSB ....)
