Shouldn't be so hard to rig a shim yourself.

My temps so far are 44c and a heck of lot more quiet!

A week after installation the chipsets average temps as reported by MBM5 are 45c.

That might not be a record breaking feat but it's well within specs (and certainly not warmer than when using the original DFI sink) and I don't hear a thing.

(In case you haven't read the entire thread, that's using BFG Tech's VGA Fan/Heatsink).
