Q-Ball Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Running Smart Guardian my chipset is a warm 44C. Where as CPU is 29 and PWM is 36 Just wondering if cleaning the chipset fan up and adding AS5 would see a nice jump in temps. Just wondering if anyone has tried it. red930 Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 I added ceramique and it dropped about 7C. So yeah I'd say so. BTW, only reason I used ceramique is the fan seemed way too loose before, figured it'd hold better.
Q-Ball Posted October 7, 2005 Posted October 7, 2005 Mine seems pretty solid so im not worried about that. But 7 Cel is HUGE! But is it worth the tear down?
