unholy Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 i hope u have got all the Power connectors in, and i mean ALL because i have seen a person try to boot with just the 24 pin ATX and they thought the board was screwed, i plugged it up and wam it worked. Make sure u have it then try taking everything out excluding the CPU, if it doesn't change lights it means there is insufficeint power or something wrong with power. Hinrik i hope u get good cooling over in Iceland
Frallan Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 Remove MoBo from box and try out of the case just make sure that U dont have any metal under the mobo when U try. That PSU is good but it could still Be faulty (yes it does happen). Reseat those cabels as well. Reseat CPU. Then try.
Hinrik Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 I've used that PSU for about a week before I got the new stuff, and it worked perfectly. I'm going to take the motherboard/psu out of the case now and see if I get anywhere. Edit: Nope, same story.

Today i will test my venice in another mobo (another dfi ultra-d), and lets see if is my cpu the problem.... I think that the problem is the bios that is not working with venice (E3).
