justin131 Posted February 2, 2007 Posted February 2, 2007 Wow, thought I was restricted to NCIX and Direct Canada for cheap Canadian e-tailers. Thanks. P.S. Direct Canada isn't on the Canada list and they're good.
AnUnknownSource Posted April 7, 2007 Posted April 7, 2007 Not sure if this is the right place for this... Smallparts.com has been VERY useful for me getting parts that are outrageously priced elsewhere. I was able to find nylon thumbscrews that can be cut to the length needed, and they sell metal ones, all kinds of tubing, CLAMPS etc. The quick release clamps that Performance-Pcs.com sell for $0.99 each are about $0.56 each on smallparts.com. The user interface for their online store is a little rough, but it's usable, not the worst I've seen, but they also have a downloadable catalog and a price quote option for all you bulk buyers :-) They ship almost anywhere, including international, and they are based in the USA. Angry_Games Posted December 18, 2007 Posted December 18, 2007 DAVID I would like to bring to your attention that although NINTEK have an apparent excellent range of stock their SERVICE is absolutely appalling. Recently ordered 2 products off them and so far it has been 2 weeks with no communication from them. I have had to chase them up and although they verify I have PAID they are waiting for stock to come in which they very vaguely estimate to be another 2 weeks. Also they tried to swap 1 of my products for an inferior 1 hoping that would please me but I found the exact same product at another online shop at a lot cheaper price (>$100). Partial basis for this complaint can be found here: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/forum-searc...s=836&r=9837585 It is not just 1 or 2 people there are many complanants. Don't degrade this site and fine forum by promoting such rank amatuer n00b's. Here is an excellent link and forum ranking thread on all online retailers in Australia, state by state: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/index.cfm?a...PC_Vic,AusPC_WA hah! these are the same jerks that came to me a couple years ago asking to set up a partnership here at the Street, and then they made multiple user accounts here at the Street so they could pretend to be 'satisfied customers' and promote their own damn store. What a bunch of jackasses. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could flick a booger on them.
