Anybody have an idea of why CAS 2.5 isn't working?

You should try each stick seperatly to see if they both dont run cas2.5..

Another option would be to try them in another system to see if they experience the same thing..(2.5 not working)

This board is the only one I've ever had lock up when RELAXING ram timings.

I upped CAS from 2.5 to 3 and it locked up bad, no post, just beeping. Only a CMOS reset fixed it.
