Peaceout Posted September 18, 2005 Posted September 18, 2005 my PC freeze and i put the power off. after 10 sec turn it back on the FAT is damage. i remove the HDD and open it with another OS as a slave and it is no longer recognized by windows XP but can be seen on windows 98 OS what i will do.?? What drive? I know the maxtors have issues with all the Nforce chipsets. Check your drive temps too though that is the number one drive killer though an unstable overclock will do that too.
