Fight Game Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 I think sometimes this is a low voltage on the cpu problem. Try bumping this up a little to see. Are you overclocking? Could also be a ram setting. Have you read the memory guide and manually adjusted any settings yet?
h4lfl1ng Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 ok, I think i fixed the problem. I boosted the ram voltage to 3.2v. No no OC,ing this is a brand new system. What would changing the cpu voltage do? would it help with performance?

silixon Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 Are you using the onboard sound?
Fight Game Posted September 16, 2005 Posted September 16, 2005 What would changing the cpu voltage do? would it help with performance? If you overclock, you'll need more voltage. Some have been able to overclock a little without extra voltage. Some need extra for stability, even at stock speeds. It will only help performance if you're overclocking.
