Hello, wondering if anyone here using Crucial PC4000 BallistiX DDR 1024M CL3 Non-parity, 2.8V, 128Meg x 64, 184pin on your motherboard??

How it´s work??

I have Corsair CMX Twinx2048 CL2 memory now, but one of them was defect so i got an offer to change to this crucial memory, is that memory good?

Or should I go on with my corsair memory?

Please help me!!

I've heard that some people are having problems with the 2GB Ballistix kit. I am considering purchasing this kit as well and was wondering for those where this memory works fine, what BIOS are you using and what slots do you have the memory in?

Thanks.

Hi Sharp,

Just recently purchased 1 GB of Crucial Ballistix Tracer PC4000, but I cannot find any timings related to these. Did you by chance know where are those thread or where can I find them. I contacted their tech support but the guy only gave me the 250MHz timing, which is 2.5-4-4-10 that's all. Oh come on, thank you very much, but I can see this on the CPU-Z too. And I think not much people from here using the 1GB Tracer. So, not much people can help. The reason I brought these was want to try this out first if good then go for the 2GB model cause they suppose OC higher than my Gold. But now I hardly can start. I hit the wall @ 255MHz, higher than that was either hang on boot screen or reboot suddenly from windows.

So, can you help me? :O

Thanks.
