w6kkt Posted September 13, 2005 Posted September 13, 2005 Today, After waiting on "pin's & needle's" for a video card to test my new DFI UT Lanparty Ultra D system, the FedEx man arrived about 30 minutes ago with my "rebuilt" ATI X800PRO PCIE card. Actually they sent me a 800pro VIVO card. I immediately installed the card, but could not find the 6 pin graphic power plug from my OCZ Powerstream 520 ADJ power supply, which I had purchased almost a year ago from Newegg. I immediately called OCZ support and connected with "Sean". He informed me that the earlier 520s did not have the 6pin graphics connector, but he said "not to worry" as he would send me out a brand new 520ADJ that had the new connectors and several updated modifications. He took my information over the telephone, and said it would be shipped tomorrow! This is without a doubt the fastest response I have ever had from a tech support service in my 15 years of messing with computers. And, topping it off; when I called the OCZ tech support number there was no waiting: Sean answered immediately. In my book, OCZ stands very tall. cal50 Posted September 14, 2005 Posted September 14, 2005 They are tops in service and quality ram. I use to think corsair was the best until I had problems and dealt with "the ram guy". I will only buy OCZ. Good service should fix the problem, not be part of it.
