Setting CAS tCL to 2.5 or 3, DMI pool won't verify + reboot infinite l

If I try to set the tCL to 2.5 or 3, the computer will refuse to verify the DMI pool and it will just go back to post and repeat the process until I change my timings back to 2 (currently running 2-4-4-8 tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS). I am running the latest official BIOS.

I am current running with this:

250MHz x11 (2750MHz)

VCORE + 104%

HTT/LDT : 4x

FSB/RAM : (200MHz 1:1)

CommandRate : 2T (Set to Disabled, using Dimm slots 1 and 3 create system instability if not in 2T, and sometimes fails to boot!) (Edit: Just tried to enable for the first time on the NEW BIOS, on stock settings, AND IT WORKS! ... ^^;;)

CAS Latencies : 2-4-4-8

VDIMM : 3.0V

Now, here is why I want that 2.5 and 3 tCL: I need to loosen my timings since my Prime95 is failing after 3.15 hours on Blend testing... so yea, any advice would be appreciated. Peace. :D

Well you should be home then with this statement> (Edit: Just tried to enable for the first time on the NEW BIOS, on stock settings, AND IT WORKS! ... ^^;;)

And there are times when "X" memory prefers the Orange over the Yellow memory slots.
