What bios ships with SLI-D?

I'm getting all my stuff today including SLI-D and 4400X2; and from reading stuff that doesn't necessarily work right out of the box. I don't have any 939s to put in, hence my worries.

 

Also, what mem settings shout I use with OCZ Gold 2x1GB to get it to crank up? I don't have any other DDR either

No matter what BIOS it is it should support at least one of your cpu cores and memoery, so what I would do is install cpu and one stick of mem out of the case, run memtest for 2-3 passes after loading optimized defaults, then flash to the newest official BIOS via floppy. If you like you can then play with settings but makes sure it is memtest stable before loading windows.
