Have HIGH Chipset Temps? Here's how I fixed it!

The Evercool hsf fan is a drop in replacement to the stock one. No modding needed. The model I believe is the VC-RE.

some great ideas here..Mine has hit 70+ degrees before and set the MBM5 alarms off. I'm in Singapore so the ambient temp is higher, like 28C, unless my wife lets me turn the Air-Con on (she's a save the environment type).

This was my solution, i made a little fan bracket out of two old processors fans, plus i upgraded to the evercool. Lowered my NB temps by about 7c. This also helped the temperatures on my 7800GTX's by about 10c when they were air cooled. However, as you can tell by the picture, ive changed to watercooling.
