gourou Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 msmolt - Default is 200x8 = 1600MHz on the 2800+ (At least on mine - Rev "D") gourou - You'll probably have to use a divider with 2 sticks to get to 2.4 with any stability. I'm running 305HTT, with DRAM Frequency at 166 (5/6 divider), 2.5-4-8-4 2.8V for a ram speed of roughly 255 - passes all stability tests. MY CPU is A64 2800+ ~~~ Default is 200X9. one ram..... Default cpu/ram voltage 300X8 ok but two ram can not start the pc.... Blooz1 - your ram is single band? my ram is double band..... double band can not going to 300Mhz?! DevilDriver Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 Blooz1 - your ram is single band? my ram is double band..... double band can not going to 300Mhz?! By double band do you meen duel channel? If so, 754 is not duel channel and wont run it even if using duel channel ram. You can still run the ram just fine, it just wont run in duel channel. At what FSB can you get stable? What are your temps like at stable settings, and what voltages are you using?
