Ceramique vs AS5

in my test there was very very little to no difference at all. and i ran extesive tests. I just use Ceramique now because it does the same thing as AS5 but its easy to use all around (and cheaper!)

Neither AS5 nor Ceramique are conductive. You can easily see that with an ohmmeter.

 

However, some claim AS5 to be slightly capacitive and I know RMAs on CPUs have been refused based on AS5 being used on them. Arctic Cooling denies this.

 

I use Ceramique because the AS5 is mechanically too strong for my taste. I hate it when CPU heatsinks don't come off and threaten to rip the CPU out of the socket.

i was changing water blocks and pulled my CPU out of the socket using AS5

 

it survived.....................
