Problem After Clearing CMOS

I recently had to clear the CMOS on my machine and upon restarting XP I have run into a problem with a missing root certificate when I start up Zone Alarm and other applications. I presume that clearing the CMOS caused the missing root certificate.

 

How do I restore/repair my "missing" root certificate???

 

Any ideas??
