Hi, I'm choosing between two AH-IPS panels Constants: HDMI connectivity, 3m viewing distance for both monitors Choosing between: Dell S2340L (23 inches) PHilips 224E5QHSB (21.5 inches) There's an $18 difference between these 2 choices here in my country, is it worth the extra size for that price gap? I need your advise on this. Thanks.

Hello OverClockersClub, I am having a problem running triple monitors on Windows 7. When I choose "Extend this display" and click save it gives me the error "Unable To Save Display Settings". At first I was using a passive DVI to HDMI converter, after reading I found that it won't work because there is not enough power for the conversion process. So I bought a Mini-Display port to HDMI cable. This is what each monitor is running (In cable terms) Dell ST2240L (1920x1080) = DVi - DVi Dell S2240L (1920x1080) = Mini Display - HDMI Dell S2240L (1920x1080) - HDMI - HDMI My GPU is a XFX Radeon 6870. Choosing new monitor: for Gaming, video, and general purpose. I prefer 16:10 Aspect Ratio to 16:9. I am looking at 24", 1920 x 1200, 16:10 options, $320 max. Would really appreciate some input. I was satisfied with the LG W2241T [21.5", TN, 8000:1 Dynamic], until the capacitors blew. I didn't experience problems associated with the dynamic contrast. Current top contenders: 1. LG 24EB23PM-B - IPS, 5ms Response Time, 300 cd/m2 Brightness, Contrast Ratio - Mega CR(DFC) (1000:1 - 5mil:1 Dynamic), Refresh Rate - 56-75 Hz, TFT active matrix, WLED backlight, Dot pitch 0.269 mm, Release Date - April 10, 2013. $240 - $260. IPS, 6ms GTG Response Time, Contrast is 80mil:1 Dynamic, WLED Backlit (not RGB-LED), other specs are nearly the same. Possibly better color, but poorer response time. Released: ~7/2012. $310 - $370. I'll include approximate cost of the items, as if they were sold separately; however, when things are bundled-in like this, they often use cheap parts, tout it as a big deal, and add much more to the actual pricetag. LG 24EB23PM-B: Built-in speakers. ~$10. ASUS PA248Q: 4 USB 3.0 Ports. ~$30. Both have an Ergonomic Adjustable Stand. I need one, but I'm prepared to buy one separately. I would go to a store to see them both with my own eyes; but I can't seem to find a convenient store location with these models. So I'll likely have to buy sight-unseen; which is a large part of the reason I am asking for help. I currently only have one monitor, a ASUS 27" VK278Q. If I wanted to increase my productivity would I be better off getting another VK or VE 278Q OR should I go for something like a Dell U2412M and throw it in portrait view? So basically 2 x 27" or 27" + 24" ? Would the colour differences be THAT bad between the monitors? would it be tolerable?
