    Home media center project

I would go with a Mini-ITX build, and small HTPC case like the Silverstone ML05. http://www.silentpcreview.com/Silverstone_ML05_m-ITX_HTPC_case

Choose between 2 SATA SSDs please

The performance delta between the two drives is negligible,.. so based on price I would choose the Crucial MX500.

    3.3vRail Overvoltage Symptoms??

Back in the day,.. RAM voltage was provided via the 3.3V rail, and you would do "sense wire modding" to run up-to 4.1V through the 3.3V rail. Sense wire modding guide: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/showthread.php?37574-Guide-Power-Supply-Sense-Wire-Modding&highlight=3.3v rail mod

    3.3vRail Overvoltage Symptoms??

+1 what are you planing to gain? Depending on your CPU, Motherboard,.. bumping the 3.3V rail up to 3.91V will cause possible hardware failures,.. due to fluctuations under loads, and when power draw lowers your voltages will spike. However if you insist on tweaking your rail pots I would NOT go out of the ATX spec of 5% up or down. Your system looping the power-up sequence issue could be the 3.3V rail OCP,.. or could be the Power_Good signal causing the timer chip to reset the processor, and continuously turn off the computer operations.

    Mowing on a hillside

A nice comfy lawn-chair, some cold beer, and a 22T GOAT slope mower would be my advice.
  7. LN2. https://wccftech.com/amd-ryzen-9-3950x-cpu-world-record-overclock-5-4-ghz-cinebench-r15/ Looking forward to Silicone Lottery high-bin chips OC results under water,.. 4.5 GHz across all 16-cores would be sweet.
  8. 5.4GHz @ 1.776V,.. is a vary sweet overclock.
  9. The high binned Ryzen 3000 chips at SL are being released July 13th,.. so we will soon see how well they perform. https://siliconlottery.com/collections/matisse

    COD modern warfare

+1,.. forget the zombies, forget the WWII battles, forget the jetpacks, exo launchers and all the BS science fiction future weaponry. If they do a reboot of the 2007 first person shooter I'm in.

All exchanges reserve the right to remove any token from it's exchange for any reason without any prior notice. FLDC most likely was delisted from both Polo, and Bittrex due to a number of reasons,.. Complaints by users or traders of the token, Limited trading volume, Poor implementation of use cases, Blockchain or related technology becomes compromised or defective, and Violation of listing agreement are the most common reasons. The options for selling folding coin are getting slim,.. Counterparty is an option, trade FLDC/XCP, then trade XCP/BTC or XCP/USD. https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/counterparty/usd
