  1. i just bought this card on newegg for 94usd. the cheapest i ever seen it. havent got to use it yet
  2. i get the exhaust there because thers the wire hideaway there between the mobo shelf and the out side of the case and there would be alot of hot air there kinda traped but i thinking of cuting a dicenet size hole in the mobo shelf and have the duct work blow into there which would push the air out into the case where it would get sucked out the back or top. and i know the mobo major heat producing componets are on the front. and that the mobo it self is an insulator and wont have much heat to it but it would act the same way as have a wet towel to pick up a hot pan verse a dry one. it wouldnt drop the temp of the mobo much but that and being able to vent out the hot air traped there behind the mobo will help. i know my explantion of things is sometimes hard to understand. the army isnt helping me with my already poor grammar
  3. it will be 3 to 4 month before i do this because im still in Afghanistan. and im just trying to get all the information i can. my computer has a water cooler for the cpu, it will have 2 fans that max at 240cfm and another 2 that come with the case. one of the 240cfms fan will be in a blow hole will the other the intake on the lower front. if i do this mod ill probally use a 80mm or a 40mm fan mounted on the window that comes with the case then have the duct work go from the fan size into smaller tubing before coming out the top behind the blow hole. then across the top down the other side to where i decide to put a small window for the duct work to go to the back of the mobo.
  4. has any one heard of seen or done. cooling to the back side of the mother board. if so can you post links and or pics of it being done. i have an idea in my head. it consit of building a plexi duct having it go to the back of the mobo and having a strong fan on the other side of the case and having the duct come out the top of the case like a blow hole then down the side. if i make it id make a post and have pics to show how it is done.
  5. i get back late october, im in the army, and yes i am getting 8 gb ram. have you ever hard of anyone modding their case to cool the back side of there mobo

what exactly is a raid set up. and i heard from a friend that if you put your os on a small and fast hard drive like the VelociRaptor300gb from wd that it helps your computer oot faster and keeps it quick because your not putting data on the same hard drive as your os
