  6. When I was starting out I used Slackware, which is very confusing but you learn a lot about the kernel. But now use Linux Mint - 8 , it's nice when everything just works!

Hey Guys I am reallu excited to play this game and test out the PC im building on it. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THE BOOK IN ENGLISH?
  8. Nns is dead on for the psu, you really dont need over 450 or 500W one tops. Here is a good combo with an Antec 300 and 500W PSU for $120 http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDet...st=Combo.345227 My friend recently did an AMD build and was very happy with his Antec 300 case, it really is a little performer! Also for the MEMORY, new egg has a really good deal on ADATA Ram which I am going to get and also gets good reviews its $97 with free shipping! http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...1-409-_-Product
  9. Yea the 890 is definitely sweet! What are your guys feelings on the ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813131402 It looks pretty sweet!
  10. Thanks guys those are all good suggestions!! I'm still researching, and I still can't find a reason that any of them would beat the 770 I posted for a single GPU setup. DO you guys have one?
  11. Umm potato??? And CAINuke! Thanks, yea I figured it would be better in the long run to get a good motherboard! Do you recommend this one or is there a better one in this range???
  12. Hey guys I'm nearing the final planning of my gaming rig. I'm trying to keep prices down and stay as close a $1000 as possible. I will be using a Phenom 2 955 CPU. In my rig I will be running one video card (XFX 5850) and I don't plan to ever crossfire. So my question is should I get the MSI 790 FX and leave myself with more options. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16813130223 Or save money and buy a Gigabyte 770TA with usb 3.0 and Sata 6 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...8-419-_-Product Any and all suggestions are appreciated!!! Thanks Guys!

    Gaming Build

Hey nns, Yea I say that! But I am normally a one graphics card at a time guy, sooo I should never have to worry about a crossfire bottleneck, because I never plan on putting my cards in crossfire!
