  1. I honestly don't know. I know they are bigger, but I don't know if that makes any difference whatsoever.
  2. You haven't been able to do that for a LONG time now.
  3. Guys, he has not yet applied the Fatal1ty cooler (read the post!) those are his idle temps using the stock cooler.
  4. I assume your friend is not 21, however I urge every responsible, competent and mature citizen to acquire a concealed firearm permit.
  5. Probably very badly. Not necessarily because the CPU itself, but because all of the hardware that works with it (ECC ram and EPS mobos) are not designed to be OC'd at all.
  6. Oh great, we started another CRT vs LCD thread. Luckily in a few years there will be nary a CRT to buy.
  7. Yes, it is so small even in professional programs that it is a non-issue. I just say that because CRT champions always bring up the CRTs marginally better color reproduction.
  8. KB, LCDs are for all intents and purposes as good as CRTs for gaming. I know you MAY be able to see a LITTLE difference in some super-duper CAD program or something. But the average user/PC gamer doesn't do that so who cares?
  9. As far as I know people regain their memory stability once Windows is actually installed. YMMV.
  10. Which dimms are you putting your memory into? If you aren't using the orange ones do so. Also you might try just using one dimm to install ram, try the orange one closest to the CPU socket.
  11. I like California rolls, I haven't really branched out and tried that many different kinds of sushi however.
  12. Every time I see a post about Bawls I get my hopes up that the OCC is mature enough to handle discussing the drink without making any testicular references. Alas, maybe next time.
  13. What kind of setup are you running. Perhaps posting your PC's specs would give us some insight to the problem.
  14. Is this DFI any good? Does DFI make a bad board?
  15. By 1990, the effects of recession left him unable to meet loan payments. Although he shored up his businesses with additional loans and postponed interest payments, increasing debt brought Trump to business bankruptcy and the brink of personal bankruptcy. Banks and bondholders had lost hundreds of millions of dollars, but opted to restructure his debt to avoid risking losing even more in a court fight. That is an exerpt from the entry about him on wikipedia. Looks like he only managed to get out of multi BILLION dollar debt because his exceedingly rich father died and left him his estate. Wow world's greastest financial mind there, wish I could work for him.
  16. They are all just about the same, get whichever is cheapest.
  17. Every mobo is different, the beeps are a code that is trying to tell you what is wrong with your PC. Try the instruction manual or an online resource to try and find out what the beeps are trying to tell you.
  18. I can't wait until Trump goes bankrupt again .
  19. It is not removing the IHS that is the risky part. It is mounting your heatsink or waterblock that has the potential to crush the core. I have seen people whom have mounted waterblocks MANY more times than myself crush their cores .
  20. You can try to reset the CMOS via the jumper and or battery. However, if it truly messed up while in the middle of switching the bios it may be screwed. You can usually get a new bios chip for much cheaper than a new mobo, so you may be able to go that route and not have it be a total loss.
