  1. If you're a beginner, then this does sound decent. The drum and bass tracks make at least some sense and the sounds seem all right. The melody is quite primitive though, something that sounds much like something I have composed when I was new to making music. Making simple harmonies and melodies (that aren't chromatic, like your chord progression seemed to be, but rather diatonic) isn't really that difficult. Look up keys, scales and chords. I'm not sure how familiar you are with any of these concepts. Maybe try doing some melody in A minor using some A minor progression, like Am - Em - G - D? Nevertheless, keep on doing what you're doing, whatever sounds right is right.
  2. I'm idling there 24/7 but the channel doesn't seem to take off. It's pretty much just dead.

  4. Sure! Maybe I'll get lucky this time
  5. No snow Last year we had something like 70 centimeters of snow at Christmas.
  6. So I was doubtful at first, but I when I had some free days I played Skyrim for 10-12 hours a day for about 4 days. Reached level 46 I'll keep playing
  7. A mousepad and those little things under your mouse A guitar strap and a t-shirt
  8. "no I for some weird reason don't like TES" I do like TES, not Skyrim so much. Yet, at least. Maybe I'll geek the hell out of it when my vacation begins. I can see myself playing it for 8 hours a day
  9. Not really. I would preferably play the game myself unless you have something groundbreaking on your videos.
  10. I actually search barred and found my own topic from last year, but this is a different issue. I got AMD HD 6950 a few days ago, overclocked it a little, tested the stability with GPUTool and with several games with maximum settings (L4D2, Crysis 2 etc.). Didn't touch any voltage settings, just played with clocks. I was just playing Deus Ex Human Revolution and my screen went totally weird. The center of my screen shifted to the right and what should be at the very right of the screen appeared to the left of the monitor. Also there were straight horizontal and vertical lines all over my screen. I ctrl+alt+del'd to the desktop and the problem persisted. So I booted. After booting everything was fine, but there's a horizontal line at the center of the screen. I can't take a screenshot of it. I unplugged my monitor from my GPU and there was still a line (it said no signal and there was a line). GPUTool still works fine and pretty much everything is okay but there's that line. I'm sorry if it's not very readable as I wrote it in a hurry, but does anyone have similar experiences? Is my monitor (LG Flatron L2000CE) broken or did I fry my GPU?
  11. Periphery - Icarus EP Alestorm - Back Through Time Opeth - Heritage I wish I could mention more. I haven't listened to many 2011 albums, but even fewer of them were enjoyable. Iconoclast let me down, although not surprisingly. I'll probably like Animals As Leaders' and Blotted Science's new albums coming out later this year.
  12. Corsair HX750W. I could've chosen pretty much any power supply from them. I've always regarded Corsair as a quality power supply manufacturer. I've never owned this particular model but I've heard good things about it and wouldn't hesitate to buy one if my current power supply broke down.
  13. I also suggest upgrading to i5 or similar. Q9300 does not overclock particularly well, I could only get it a bit over 3,4GHz stable with 1,37V. It could be also because of the 800MHz rated memory as well though.
  14. Flibo

    Diablo 3

Wouldn't it be boring if everyone used the same set because it was superior to other items?
