    Overclocking Socket 939 Opty 165

I just bought an opty 165 and Asus A8N32-sli mb. I'm new to overclocking and have seen some post that an opty 165 939 socket with steppings CCBBE has reached 3GHz, and would like to dabble at overclocking it to get my feet wet. I have a artic cooling freezer hsf on it, 2gb PC 3200 ram, wd 250 gb hd, 2x XFX GeForce 7600GT's in sli, windows XP Pro. Two Questions: are these good components, and second: where should I start? the CPU is 1.8GHz would like to get at least to 4400+ or 2.5GHz!
