  1. Hi. I recently ordered 2 sticks of ram (2 x 512MB) PC3200 from Patriot. Its timings are 2-3-2-5. I currently have 2 x 512MB OCZ ram (timing 2-2-2-5) PC3200 as well. OCZ runs dual channel. . I put the additional two sticks of Patriot RAM in 2 and 4 (OCZ is in 1 and 3). OCZ runs @ 2.8V and Pat @ 2.6V. I set it in the bios to 2.8V. Im also runing 2T. The computer boots up beautifully, but when i go to Control Pannel --> System it tells me there is only 1GB of memory. When I open up everest it tells me that there is 1GB as well, but it shows that there are 4 sticks of 512 RAM. Anyone know what can cause this?
  2. I'm not 100% sure if this is the right topic, but I have a question. I have this mobo, and I used to run on 1GB of memory (2x512, OCZ extreme series, 2-2-2-5). I just decided to buy another GB (2x512) of patriot ram(2-3-2-5). I set Command Rate to 2T, and increased the voltage to 2.8V(thats OCZ voltage, patriot runs at 2.6V). Now when i go to Control Pannel -> System it tells me that I have 1GB of ram. When I open everest it still tells me that i have 1GB, but it shows 4 sticks of 512. It's kind of weird, is it because some AMDs aren't really compatible with 4x512 setup or is it something else?
  3. But at 215 and 1:1 mem to fsb ratio, the comp won't even boot up, in my case.
  4. Yep, I've tried it too. I have same cpu as you, btw. It runs at 2.2GHz, i could OC it to 2.3GHz when i left ram at 200mhz then in order to OC more I had to downclock it to 180mhz, and I'm runing at 2.5GHz atm. I don't quite get it because my ram was supposed to be designed for OC, yet I had to dc it.
