  1. I no longer need these as I upgraded to an outdoor 18dbi yagi w/ a box running ICS. I was able to pick up 11-22mb signals from nearly a block away and strong 54mb signals within 300ft with the cantenna. Both items in perfect condition, have only been used for two weeks. Info at http://www.cantenna.com Paid $50 at CompUSA for the cantenna, settle for $40 shipped in original box w/ all accessories and info. Linksys WMP54G - paid $60 locally, $45 shipped in box w/ everything. Thanks fellas.
  2. Infinity is flashed to 9/13 BIOS, achieved 420FSB on everything in sig. $159 shipped. Everything is included and item is in perfect condition, it's only about a month old. HIS Hightech X1600Pro's 256mb 500/800. OEM cooler (made by Arctic Cooling) is almost identical to NV5. Overclocks to 600/1000 or higher. Quiet, efficient. I ran these two in Crossfire on the Infinity and they ran everything on highest settings on my 32" LCD. $79 shipped each or $149 shipped for the pair.
  3. Perhaps you haven't seen the overclocking capabilities of the 965-based Gigabyte DS3.
  4. Thanks for the replies fellas. I will definitely continue my research and post back if I find what I am looking for.
  5. I can't believe no one records HD stuff to their PC. Help?
  6. $160 + shipping for the E6300. Reached nearly 3ghz using only 75mV. $75 + shipping for each ATi card or $150 shipped for the pair. I need to move this stuff people.
  7. I am trying to figure out a way to get the HD recordings from my DVR onto my PC. The DVR is through TimeWarner and is a Scientific Atlanta 8300HD. I haven't found any video cards that allow a YPbPr or HDMI type input, only S-video (SD). Does anyone know how this can be done? I have read that the hard drive inside the DVR is encrypted and even if you add an external SATA drive it will be encrypted as well. I really want to save some of these recordings before I run out of space! DiscoveryHD is my new favorite channel.
  8. I have a Conroe E6300 that I would like to sell to get an E6600 (ready for the 4MB cache). It has been as high as 2.97ghz on the stock HSF with only a 75mV bump in voltage. This chip has been well over 3ghz on stock HSF and does 3.3+ on high end air. $170 shipped. Infinity is flashed to 9/13 BIOS, achieved 420FSB on everything in sig. $170 shipped. $85 shipped each or $160 shipped for the pair. Thanks!
  9. So close to 3ghz with my E6300! Dammit! The surprising thing about this BIOS is the overclock is almost the same between running one of my 1Gb sticks and only one video card versus both 1Gb sticks and both video cards. I am at 419FSB (418 in BIOS) and all the voltages are cranked. It would not boot into XP at 420FSB.. but I did get it to boot at 424FSB with one stick and one card. Anyways, I am going to prime in a second to see if this is really a stable setup and then start doing some benching after I bring down the timings a little more. I am pleased that it will run this with the system fully loaded, but I still want more. Definitely the best BIOS yet. If anyone wants a list of my settings let me know.
  10. ebay: protoncomputer paypal: [email protected] $180 shipped for either. $350 shipped for both. Offers welcome but don't expect me to respond to lowballers.
  11. I have done all I can do with this board and would like to try out another MB and possibly a E6400. I just bought this board about a week ago from Newegg and I can only send it back for a duplicate replacement so.... I actually paid a little more than what it currently lists for on Newegg ($190 shipped) so don't make me any ridiculous offers. It is complete, everything is included. I have even replaced the crappy NB thermal material with AS5. The board is currently running 7/31 BIOS and it has been running at 400FSB rock solid (prime tested for 12hrs) with everything in my sig for the last few days without a single boot issue or windows crash... w/o any NB voltage bump. I may entertain offers on my E6300 as well. It has been running at 400x7 (2.8ghz) with only 50mv added perfectly stable. This combo is insanely fast, like nothing I have ever seen. The last system I built was an Expert/Opty 165 setup OC'd to 3ghz and this pair destroys that combo. Board and CPU will come with EVERYTHING included in the original boxes. I don't have any heatware because I am a casual builder but I have plenty of ebay feedback and I have been a member of paypal for at least 5yrs.
  12. I still wanna know how you've managed that on that BIOS. I played with it again today and I can't get it to even post. Would you be willing to take some pics of key BIOS pages and email them to me please? I know it's just an Infinity board, but why have people done SOOOOOO much better on the DS3 and other boards with the lesser chipset. I know people who have the DS3 up in the 470+ FSB range. I bought this board because DFI makes.. in my opinion, the best board out there. I am tempted to bust out the soldering iron and do this resistor mod.. anyone have any good info on it?
  13. I noticed in CPU-Z my Trc is 1 clock. That's not going to fly when overclocking. Should be at least 15 for my G.Skill. I am going to give the 8/30 BIOS one more shot, last time it wouldn't even post after fiddling with it for an hour and I went back to 7/31. I really think this is a major factor in why the board won't OC as well as others.
