  1. How else would I have gotten my hands on one of these? If you'd like I could dig out my OCPs and take a pic of those. They're only given to people that deploy to Afghan (Air Force). Or how about my boot collection from the last 10+ years? I've still got some black boots from back in the day when we still had to shine them.
  2. Well I doubt they'd ever do a checkpoint in El Nido, CA. They'd have about a dozen people at most drive through it. How about Border Patrol checkpoints? What immediate risk are they preventing? And of course I'm not pro drunk driving. I'm pro Consitution and anti living in fascist America. One of the reasons I'm glad I made it out of that shithole called Kommifornia. what are the dui deaths in cal vs az and i love when people use the word fascist because if they ever went to a truly fascist country as soon as they opened their mouth they'd be shot you call america fascist if you dont like it then leave i will buy your ticket. You want to know two countries I've been to that use checkpoints? Iraq and Afghanistan. Don't you love having that in common with them? Keep the ticket. The oath I swore was to defend the Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic.
  3. That's why I said "the SCOTUS got that one wrong". You know at one point the SCOTUS also protected slave owner's rights too?

  5. In California you'd have been arrested with "intent to DWI".
  6. Both of those are problems. Without any facts I couldn't say which one is more rampant. But I believe both are in the minority compared to the number of good cops not breaking the law and citizens not assaulting the police. Another part of the internet and cameras everywhere that makes it look more rampant than it really is. Also I believe those checkpoints should be illegal. The SCOTUS got that one wrong. i disagree DUI checkpoints save lives what are your arguing points against them The 4th Amendment. how is saving lives unreasonable and probable cause is that when they conduct these checkpoints it is around times of the year when DUI accidents are at their highest. i ask you have ever lost a loved one to i DUI driver? Actually I have. My grandpa was killed in an accident involving a car full of drunk illegals. But checkpoints are not the answer. Stopping everybody just to catch a few people is retarded. Do you also support the "stop and frisk" policy in NY? Both are obvious violations of the 4th Amendment. Driving down the street during "high DUI season" is not probable cause to stop someone.

  9. I hope he doesn't get the death penalty if SC has it. A stint in gen pop will take care of that POS without all the expenses.

I guess I'm not old timer enough to understand this thread
  12. thats funny i was thinking the same thing remember hands up dont shoot You're just adorable trying to associate me as a Michael Brown supporter. I think MB got what he deserved and there's one less piece of trash walking the streets. And I just watched the video again and the end of it 3 times. I'm not seeing any point where the driver's accent changes. And another thing I just noticed. I'm not sure what's worse. The cop's attitude or his tie. Holy balls that's an ugly ass tie lol.
  13. I'm sure the Gestapo had such blind followers too.
  14. what is your source just an fyi my father in law is an officer at 6th precincts in nyi shared this video with him and he is still laughing If your father in law is laughing at this he apparently isn't a good cop. The Commissioner's words...not mine. "No good cop should watch that without a wince. Because all good cops know that officer just made their jobs a little bit harder," Bratton said in a statement." http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/nypd-detective-reassigned-after-taped-tirade-against-uber-driver/ar-AAakxcF http://7online.com/news/nypd-detective-berates-uber-driver-in-apparent-road-rage-video/597453/
  15. I posted an article that also said he was being removed from his position. Words from his own police chief. His chief isn't even defending him. Edit: Oops...Commissioner. I think that's even higher than Chief right? "NYPD Commissioner Bratton blasted Cherry's action, saying the officer has been placed on modified duty and will be transferred. "Anger like that is unacceptable in any encounter," he said. "Discourtesy like that and language like that is unacceptable. That officers behavior reflected poorly on everyone who wears our uniform." Detective Cherry, a nearly 15-year veteran, has had 13 civilian complaints against him, several involving being verbally abusive towards civilians. This latest complaint alleges he was abusive, threatened the driver with arrest, was discourteous and used offensive language regarding the driver's ethnicity."
  16. Decided to name him Rocky. Gets along pretty well with my lab Dusty.
  17. And that is why not everyone is suited to do the job. If they can't handle it they need to find another line of work. We have no problem kicking the douchebags and pieces of shits out of the military...why can't the police?
  18. I respect good police. The bad ones can kindly go f**k themselves.
  19. No. The cop was breaking the law and was being a total jackass. He's lost his badge, gun, is on desk duty, and is being reassigned. Sorry, but the Uber driver might have instigated this, but he did nothing illegal. The cop did, and is paying the consequences for being an absolute jackass now. i obey the law i respect the badge and i never have any issues with police imagine thatliberal thinking has got some people thinking they have the right to say whatever they want to without any consequences. i am a firm believer in you get what you give So anyone with a badge automatically gets respect? Are you implying there are no bad cops? Lol. IIRC you're kind of anti-gun aren't you? And you call us liberalsi am pro gun and yes if an officer of the law pulls you over it should be yes sir/ma'am no sir/ma'am and thank you have a nice day.just like in the street if you walk up on someone and disrespect them dont be surprised when you get your jaw broke or worse and you will need the police (lol) Respect is a two way street.

  22. What did he say or do that was disrespectful? More importantly how do you figure that dirt bag deserves any respect? Respect is earned, not given. I liked the passenger's response when the cop said the it's the driver's fault he is being delayed..."Sure"...what he really wanted to say was some dumbass cop was roid raging and that is why he is being delayed.
  23. Someone questioned his authority. Clearly he had to show him who was in charge. I wish the good cops would keep the bad ones in line and hold them accountable for their actions. Some people just aren't capable of being entrusted with a badge let alone a nightstick.

    Just got a 3DS

Bought a "used" (not even a month old) 3DS this weekend. Played through Super Mario Land and currently playing Pokemon Y. Any games I should get? I haven't had a handheld since the original PSP so even looking for good DS game recommendations. I have: Super Mario Land Pokemon Y Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Zelda: A Link Between Worlds Zelda: Ocarina of Time I'm most likely going to get Mario Kart 7 and Kirby Triple Threat. I've been recommended Bravely Default as well. What else should I get?
