  1. I got it working... Used the drivers out of the legacy version of an old nforce driver package. Using 64 bit edition of xp. Windows came up complaining it could not find those 2 files during its install. I told it to skip those 2 files, installed the rest of windows. Install the newest version of the nforce drivers and all seems to be working well.
  2. I was convinced largely by this forum to get a DFI Lanparty Expert board. I just want to say thanks. I have been a very loyal Asus fan in the past and was not sure that DFI would live up to what I demand out of a motherboard, boy was i wrong. The build quality is amazing - to the point that it made my previous asus boards look like cheap crap and once i found the RAID drivers for windows 64-bit everything went smooth. Anyway, Thanks and salute.
  3. Thanks for the info... Im looking in the raidinfo folder but there are several files and they add up to about 4 megs. Can i cutout the exe's and attempt to fit the rest on the floppy?
  4. The part about clearing the data? I followed that as well
  5. Did you read this part of my post? "When I boot off the windows cd i load the drivers off the floppy that came with the board (I loaded both of the items that says required next to them" I have done that.
  6. I faced this same question last week. I went with the expert and while i have not installed everything into my pc to get it setup yet, i can tell you i am floored at the build quality of the board. Its amazing. It blows away every other asus/abit board i have ever owned in that regard.
  7. I followed the guide found here: http://www.angrygames.com/nf4raid-1.htm I got into the bios to setup a stripped raid-0 partition on my Raptors on the nvidia controller. When the computer boots it says no boot disk found, please reboot. When I boot off the windows cd i load the drivers off the floppy that came with the board (I loaded both of the items that says required next to them). When windows asks to partition my drives, i do not see 1 drive instead i see both seprate raptors, showing up each as independant drives. What have i done wrong? Thank you for any help. 9. I will be upgrading to a 3800+ X2 setup this weekend and i need a good motherboard with GOOD Raid support. I was originally looking at the Asus board but was told that it has bad issues with its raid implementation. Does the Lanparty Ultra-D have good raid support? Raid support is the reason i left AMD and went to Intel a few years back but im looking to make the switch again.
