  1. Venus-es are sort of a Signature-series, with even higher standard parts, nice case for transport, and some other gizmo's. There is a higher OC-potential, and of course there's the bragging-right... LoL You should make out for yourself wether or not it's worth the extra cost? Greetz!
  2. Read some reviews for ya, and it sits at around 6800GT-level. Since it's an "older" card, the 7xxx-series and 1xxx-series aren't in the comparison. You're gonna miss out on some new features as well I guess? Don't know what price you're looking at, but if it were me, I'd take a look at Ati 1600xx or Nvidia 7600GT/7900GS ? Greetz!!
  3. Yeah, sucks big time... Big Blue had to retract an order of 4 servers days before delivering... We allready had 3 in place before this act, and now we have to replace those as well, coz we want equal machines in Develop/Test/Production-environment...
  4. Core Temp always shows me the Startup VID at "VID". Could that be the case with speedfan as well?
  5. Maybe it's a P4 1.8Ghz at stock? mitchy24, the both of you should run some benches and show him different!!
  6. They are in place on the modules, but at the face of the heat-spreader, so if they are removed, the sticker stays intact. I'm allready in contact with Zebbo. I'll PM him and you the specifics. Anakin
  7. I'm really reluctant to play a demo you can only get by pre-ordering a game... I'll play BF2 and WoW 'till Quakewars is here...
  8. Just booted with the new sticks, and couldn't get the system to boot on a divider? So now I booted at 233*9 1:1 (should be stock settings for these sticks) and took a look at everest and CPU-Z Those are some 'weird' SPD's?? Patriot memory and only rated at PC3200? Greetz!
  9. Just collected the sticks at the postal office, and they are labeled "991397" whereas Sharps review was about sticks labeled "991398"? Any difference? Zebbo (Mushkin Rep) told me that they're EOL and that's why they cannot be found at their website no more. Maybe it's time for a sub-domain legacy.mushkin.com ? PM-ed Zebbo for the info. Greetz!
