  1. I have the EXACT same problem as you had. I do not have a RAID set up. I've been using my PC daily and it's been working great. No problems. Last night I shut down the PC via Windows XP shutdown and then went to bed. I just got home this afternoon and went to power on the PC and NOTHING happens. The two power LEDs are on, but the system won't even budge when I hit the power button! How can this happen?? Nothing has changed or been touched since I last used it and powered it down. I am at a loss as to what to do.
  2. I hate to say this, but I just replaced my defunct lP UT nF4 SLI-DR with a new one, and now instead of powering on and staying stuck at 4 LEDS, I have moved on to 3 LEDS and remain stuck. I now have the exact same problem as you. This really bites.
  3. Latest Update: I just purchased another brand new Athlon X2 4400+ and installed it. No go. I have the same problem. So now, I just finished pulling the motherboard out of the case, stripping it down to just the CPU, 1 stick of ram in bank 2, and the graphics card. I set it on top of my wooden table and powered it up. Nada. It will not post to Bios. All 4 LEDS remain on with no beeps or anything. I can only assume that my very first DFI board ever is a dud. I've historically bought ASUS and ABiT motherboards for many, many years and never had a single problem. This is my first encounter with a dead system. Any final suggestions before I return this DFI board?
  4. I'd continue following all these instructions if I could only post to bios. I can't even get that far. I will try test the Mobo outside of the case later today to see if that helps anything.
  5. I haven't run it out of case yet. Oye... It will be on my project list for tomorrow. I'm still hoping to resolve this without taking it all apart. I just wonder if it's a DOA mobo.
  6. Yes, I have all 4 power connectors connected. I just doubled checked. Still won't post to bios, or ever beep. It just powers on.
  7. I've done that already... and it is currently like that, but it still doesn't work. It just powers up and does not post with all 4 LEDS on. The power and reset buttons built on to the motherboard don't even work. The reset button on the case doesn't work either, but the power button will power it on and off.
  8. I don't have another socket 939 CPU to use! I don't know what to do.
  9. Hello all. I am really glad I found this message board. I am in dire need of help and I don't know what to do! I just bought the LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR, BFG 7800 GTX and the Athlon X2 4400+ processor today. I installed everything, got things ready and hit the power. Everything turns on and powers up, but it will not post to Bios! I've tried everything. I've read the post about clearing the CMOS and did it exactly as instructed -- to no avail. The only real helpful thing I can share is that all 4 LEDS are on for the system check. I took out the processor, checked it over, then reapplied it back into the Mobo, and I still get this problem. I have built many computers before and have never had a problem until now. I am in desperate need of help! I need to have this PC up and running as soon as possible. Thank you all for taking the time to help.
