I am currently finishing web sight store and will be working with all of you(us). I also am currently looking into the ability to hand pick steppings on cpu's. More to come.
  15. be-careful and try to remove the pad on the back of the stock heat sink and use it i read somewhere that someone experienced arcing but who knows what else they did. This GPU coller works very well Evercool VC-RE Twinkling VGA Cooler! even scraping off the junky stock thermal paste and an artic application will drop the temps about 4deg or so. Here is a great guide by Angry http://www.dfi-street.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20827 also the wing span on say a xp-90 with a 92mm fan will blow across pmic and drop those temps as well!
  16. i figured that was a dig camera very nice shots though
  17. AMD Multiple Core Madness Sunnyvale, Calif. -- March 6, 2006 --AMD (NYSE:AMD) today announced three new models in the Dual-Core AMD Opteron™ processor family that lead the industry in x86 performance and performance-per-watt capabilities. The new Dual-Core AMD Opteron processors help minimize overall server power consumption and cooling requirements. The Dual-Core AMD Opteron processor Model 885 for up to eight-way/16-core enterprise-class servers and Model 285 for high performance two-way/four-core workstations and servers are immediately available. The Model 185 for one-way/two-core servers and workstations is expected to be available within 30 days. All three models deliver the highest performance available for x86 servers and power consumption remains within AMD’s standard thermal envelope. WOW This is going to give us all a whole lot to do! Here is the whole article and who is going to be first with a new CPU? http://www.amd.com/us-en/Corporate/Virtual...~105603,00.html
