  1. Try these settings it shuld get you stable enough to load windows DFI NF4 (all), Venice, San Diego or Winchester 90nm and OCZ TCCD/TCC5 memory, 200mhz memory clock 1:1 with HTT speed. Use the 310 Official BIOS or any -3 Beta BIOS variant for best results with Samsung TCCD. In DRAM Configuration Section of Genie BIOS: 200 enable 2.0 02 07 or 8 02 07 or 8 16 or 14 03 or 02 03 02 or 01 03 or 02 3120, 4708, 0648, or 2560 (4708 works well at high overclocks) auto enabled auto 0 level 6, 5 or 7 level 2 7.0 auto 256 disable 16 07 disable In Genie Bios: 200 4 16 16 10 100 disable 1.500 1.20v (This is about 1.47v, if you need more or less adjust, but do not go past 1.45v here, use more the 123% below, there is a reason ) above VID * 123% 1.30v 1.70v 2.8v (2.7v-3.0v may work for you, depending on final speed)
  2. My friend has that aspire with a DFI 875P T board and has stability problems. Also that is a 20 pin supply . You might want to get a better 24 pin supply IMO
  3. Plain English :shake: Hahaha I thought that was R'gonian. Almost as differnt from Mandarin to English  . J/K
  4. Whoa STOP . What country do you live in? If it says 220VAC only it will not work in the US. Also if it doesent fit into the power socket on the wall how did you plug it in?
  5. No problem bud Glad it helped you out. Good luck with your testing.
  6. Did you switch the drive that is on sata 2 to sata 1 and see if it detects there?
  7. try these settings in bios 200 enable 2.0 02 07 or 8 02 07 or 8 16 or 14 03 or 02 03 02 or 01 03 or 02 3120, 4708, 0648, or 2560 (4708 works well at high overclocks) auto enabled auto 0 level 6, 5 or 7 level 2 7.0 auto 256 disable 16 07 disable In Genie Bios: 200 4 16 16 10 100 disable 1.500 1.20v (This is about 1.47v, if you need more or less adjust, but do not go past 1.45v here, use more the 123% below, there is a reason ) above VID * 123% 1.30v 1.70v 2.8v (2.7v-3.0v may work for you, depending on final speed)
  8. You really should list the bios you are running and the exact brand and part # of the ram you are running. This will help us assist you with setting timings for your ram. Also the exacct model # of your processor and core type. Edit: Opps AG beat me to it
  9. Once in bios try these settings In DRAM Configuration Section of Genie BIOS: 200 enable 2.0 02 07 or 8 02 07 or 8 16 or 14 03 or 02 03 02 or 01 03 or 02 3120, 4708, 0648, or 2560 (4708 works well at high overclocks) auto enabled auto 0 level 6, 5 or 7 level 2 7.0 auto 256 disable 16 07 disable In Genie Bios: 200 4 16 16 10 100 disable 1.500 1.20v (This is about 1.47v, if you need more or less adjust, but do not go past 1.45v here, use more the 123% below, there is a reason ) above VID * 123% 1.30v 1.70v 2.8v (2.7v-3.0v may work for you, depending on final speed)
  10. Hi David what would be a better choice between these Antec TC11 550 or an OCZ 520 PS? It looks as if the antec would be better as it has 38A on the 12V rail and is $20 cheaper. What do you think? Also I may be able to splurge a good bit more so what would be your choice between a OCZ 600 PS or a PCP&C 510 SLI ? Thanks for all your help and a great thread . Edit :Updated Sig
  11. Super PI and do a 32M calculation works well for me
  12. I would get the Venice core CPU. Also the OCZ3200 PE R2 clocks real well. I was able to get 2.5-3-3-8 stable at 295 MHZ this weekend. I should have loosend timing to see how far they could really go but I didnt need any more than that with my CPU . Plus the OCZ R2 stuff is only $185 or so at newegg
  13. You need a minimum of a 480 watts with a 24 pin mobo connector. You have neither!!!! ALso a minimum of 28 amps on the 12v rail which I am sure you also dont have
  14. It would really help if you would put your system in you sig if you want some advice.
