  2. Probably the fact that their stuff is soo friggin expensive and it's a niche market...
  3. I'm advertised 10 down 1 up...but I actually get over 10 and right around 1 usually
  4. Oh cmon...you know you'll start questioning the mobo again before you sell everything
  5. Exactly...you most likely aren't going to run your setup at 3700mhz 24/7...instead you'll probably have it running around 3200-3300 which any of those boards can attain. I hate choosing motherboards I think I'm getting the Gigabyte DS3 but it's still so hard to make a final decision
  6. Sounds to me like you might have cross-threaded your screws...
  7. Use the Yahoo! Widget Engine...it used to be Konfabulator but Yahoo! bout it. There are hundreds of widgets you can use including desktop calender widgets. http://widgets.yahoo.com/
  8. I hear people are getting good numbers with the OCZ Platinum Rev 2 ram also.
  9. I wish Dell techs new this....everytime a Dell repair tech replaces one of our dead mobos he slobbers thermal paste all over the chip.
  10. Brico Packs...complete transformation. http://crystalxp.net/bricopack/en.htm
  11. you gotta be kiddin me....I think thats gotta be the quickest a TD has been scored in super bowl history
  12. I think this is posted somewhere else too...sure looks like a beast. I'd like to see some reviews of it though...I don't think there are any yet.
  13. I use UltraMon...well worth the $20 or so for it.
  14. Thats odd...I'd give Gigabyte a call and ask if they have a fix for it.
  15. I'm just about to build a C2D rig also...I'm going with the Gigabyte DS3 with Corsair Dominator ram. FYI - I can get all of these components for $1000 from the Egg! 2 Seagate 320 ES drives Saitek Ecipse II keyboard MX518 Mouse Opti-UPS 1000va Corsair XMS2 Dominator (2 gigs) Gigabyte DS3 mobo C2D E6400
  16. Might try the Corsair Domininator ram...you can get it for $240 AR on newegg now. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16820145168
  17. Here's the manual... http://us.dfi.com.tw/Support/Download/manu...TYPE=LP&SITE=NA
  18. Cooling is great, it has a filtered 120mm in the front of the case and 2 120mm fans in the back. They run at about 1000 RPM and are inaudible. I would think the X-FI would fit but I can't say for sure as I don't have one...the door is easily removed.
  19. Just an FYI...anyone using the Adblock addon for firefox can't see the banners. I'm using the Adblock Plus addon so I just disabled it for this site. I had no idea there were any newegg banners until I saw this thread
  20. Thanks! Would you happen to have any numbers that compare this to a good air cooling unit? I'm wanting to OC when I build my new Conroe rig and I keep seeing people OCing and hitting temps of 60-65 on air...that just seems way to high for my liking.
  21. Has anyone used one of these kits or have any comparisons of it? What other sub $200 cooling setups would you recommend? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16835128015
  22. I'm running a Gigabyte Aurora 3D, it's a full tower case. It's all aluminum, tooless, good cooling with plenty of room. It comes in black/silver and with mesh side panel or windowed side panel. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16811233001
  23. This domain controller is just for home use right?
