  1. i'm getting a 160Gbs hard drive from Frys. He is just going to use the NEC as his only optical drive, no floppy, and what cables would i need from there that wouldn't come with all of the parts also thanks for all of the help
  2. the resaon that i was going with the microATX was that he is going to be using onboad video of a while and the micros have more of a sellection when it comes to on board video also the power supply in the micro ATX case is better then the one in the desktop so thats why i was going with that i was also thinking about overclocking to 3.0GHz i have heard that these chips oc very well up to that speed so does that help anyone. nothing will be taken from the old system it was a P4 1.6 dell and why doesn't everyone understand that this cely would be replaced and upgraded so it is just temp

  5. i need to know if there is enough room on the GIGABYTE GA-K8NXP-SLI board to use a Zalman CNPS7700-Cu or a CNPS7000B-Cu LED. So i need to know when the D.S.P. is installed is there 68mm or 55mm from the center of the socket to the D.S.P. and if there is room how much space it there thanks anyone who can help
  6. I hear about Venice, San Diego, Newcastle, and Winchester chips a lot. I know that the Venice and The San Diego are brand-spanking new And the ClawHammer are used for the higher chips like the FX-55 the 4000+ and the lower 3500+ Why are Newcastle and Winchester chips the only ones talked about? What is difference between the ClawHammer and the others? Are the ClawHammer old?   13. what is a PCI-e x1 for? a lot of mobo's have them but what are they for i haven't found anything that uses that interface.
