  1. actually the koolance kit not bad lah... it delivers, its portable and its quite plug and play cos the pump, rad and fan all are in 1 place already. but i dont really like their waterblock
  2. lol i cant find the product spec on enermax webby! haha could be fake?? lol but 33A on a single 12V railing is nonsense man! it could be a typo
  3. 1 kit to rule them all, Swiftech H20-APEX "EXTREME DUTY" Kit and you wont need to worry about your FX-55 overheating ever again
  4. from what i can gather, cpu burn in wont change your OCing capabilities..but if its rams, then there is a higher chances of being able to push your rams further so even if you burn in your cpu for 1 year, dont think it will do anything.. but this is what others who has OCed for years said..but i think its kinda true..
  5. the 7800 are more efficient or something like that . but i think the actual power usage only differ by only a small amount.
  6. yup the order doesnt matter much unless you somehow place the reservoir at the wrong place.. the reservoir can heat up the water instead of cooling it down. like if its those res you slot above your ROM, it can really get hot above the ROM if you like playing some CDs and stuff so i think its always better to have the rad before the waterblock and after the pump.
  7. lol as the kit name implies, it is "Extreme" and if you're feeling lucky, just couple it with the mcw50 to have a more complete watercooled pc
  8. ok maybe wrong choice of words affordable then but you do can get good psu at cheap prices, just buy 2nd hand
  9. maybe the dood have like 10 raptors in his pc and has to have like a few 120mm delta FFBs that has a whole lot of Amp rating
  10. unless your room is a meat locker your temps wont be that great yes your system will be silent but temps gonna get high i say to abotu 60C ++
  11. phase change is more tools intensive you need like blowtorches and stuff
  12. well i think there are some shops that do custom rad meaning, you specify to them what kind of rad you want and they can do it for you..just need to ask around cos i know at my place, there are a few shops that do just that but honestly i prefer a rad or heatercore from a car then to a those BIX or what cos cost has always been an issue. and really performance wise aint much of a different
  13. i dont know bout you guys, but im a tat dissapointed that the psu isnt watercooled.. LOL
  14. dood, corsair kits are swiftech kits but relabelled! and they are quite decent. and ruenin, you can get the antec P160
  15. hahahahaha! i hoped you didnt robbed the bank to pay for all of that
  16. im not so sure about the price list for the psu over there but at my place, the silverstone's psu are cheap and have rather stable railings.
  17. lol 1000W psu, wont the psu have like a vantec tornado as a cooling fan imagine the amount of heat load it is handling inside that case
  18. can but how much stuff you can unlocked is also dependent on the batch of gpu you got.. LOL so its a risk
  19. true but i think if you get 6800 Ultra and GT, it should be GDDR3 ram modules besides if you get the leadtek 6800 LE version, which i think the price should be about the same as any 6600GT you should be able to unlock to 16 pipelines and 6 vertex units.. well this is what another guy managed to do lucky him
  20. i guess if you into pelt cooling, you can use this psu.. LOL but still the electric bills gonna kill!
  21. lol! sweet! just dont end up frying the electrical system in your house
  22. lol Thermaltake has alot of work to do if they want a bigger fan base in OCC
  23. the one that kills you isnt the voltages, its the current so even if its 100,000,000V but its like 0.0000000000000000001A you just get a slight tiny shock like electrostatic charge you get when you touch a metal knob!! *hated that by the way!!* but just to let you know, once you open up the psu and change the fan and stuff, you practically void whatever warranty you have
  24. i think with his HSI chip, best go with the vf700
