  1. The story was kind of all over. It was more in-sync though if you had watched them episode by episode. At least I should say when they jumped around you eventually found out why and it all tied back together. I just seen they canceled Star Wars 1313.. I wonder when they did that.. I was looking forward to it.

Jack and Gummi Bears if I am not mistaken?
  3. Just watched: 2 Guns and The Grandmaster tonight. Both were excellent movies. The Grandmaster was a bit disappointing to me in the aspect that in my opinion it did not really deal a whole lot with Ip Man, but more-so the Gong family and the "64 hands" technique. The cinematic's were just excellent though and the opening fight scene was pretty incredible. The movie really displayed the pure strength and grace of martial arts.
  4. I cannot wait to meet Han and Leia's son and daughter (Jacen and Jaina). I also hope we get to see Luke dabble on the Dark Side for a bit in the movie. I really wish Disney, Lucas Arts would get together with Bioware and make a movie from the SW: Knights of the Old Republic stuff. The cinematic's Bioware released for SWTOR were just incredible. On another note: If any of you were fans of The Clone Wars (Cartoon) They will be coming out with a new one called Star Wars: Rebels : http://starwars.com/news/new-animated-series-star-wars-rebels-coming-fall-2014.html I am kind of disappointed they wont finish The Clone Wars. It was getting really darn good. Darth Maul was such an awesome character. If you never seen the show I would highly recommend it.

    Whiskey

I hear that quite often that whiskey makes people mean. I never thought a specific type of alcohol could do that. I always figured it was just you were a mean drunk no matter what you drank. I am glad to hear you got a handle on things, but I knew that since I have met you a few times IRL. Addiction is never a good thing and for one to overcome any type of addiction is a huge mountain that had been climbed and conquered. I commend you on a job well done.

    Whiskey

I just checked out my local food store (Meijers) I did not find anything intriguing to try. They had Jameson Irish Whiskey I was considering but they only had a really large bottle. I think I am going to order The Balvenie online and have it delivered lol. See how that goes and tastes.

Lmao! Very nice guys! I got some good suggestions to try. It kinda sounds like I need to acquire a taste for beer. I am probably missing out on some great drinks and nights lol! My biggest issue with drinking is the fact you typically have to buy decently large (expensive) bottles of anything you want to try. Deathmineral mentioned he bought the Glenlivet and it was a horrible purchase because he had not acquired the taste for that type of drink yet. I was considering trying that the other day, but it was pretty expensive. I need to find a friend who has tons of random stuff and just go to his house one weekend and do shots all night lmao!
  8. Bah-Blam! It is 6:30am Saturday. I have been awake since... 6PM Thursday. So yeah I am tired, and I start randomly thinking about things that are just nonsense. I don't drink much at all in the grand scheme of drinking. So I have not had the chance to really taste much of any alcohol. I do know that I have not ever tasted a beer that I enjoy. However, for some reason I enjoy whiskey and bourbon. Jack Daniels whiskey is decent to drink neat, but I enjoy Gentleman Jack better. I typically drink Gentleman Jack w/ Cherry Dr. Pepper. I think that is the bomb. Jim Beam Bourbon I drink in shot form. The Jim Beam is my "fancy" drink. I don't drink it often and I don't drink a whole lot of it. While the Jack on the other hand I can go through 1/3 or more on a night we are either having a bad day or hanging out with friends. The main reason I am posting is because I am wondering what all whiskies you guys enjoy drinking? Maybe find out what the community enjoys best and I might give it a try. I am currently looking for The Balvenie Doublewood Single Malt Whisky. It is apparently a Scotch Whiskey. I have no idea wtf that means. It sounds delicious though. Has anyone ever had this? What do you guys enjoy drinking? Do you drink your whiskey neat or on the rocks?

    New Setup

I took it offroading about 2 weeks ago when I was in Mackinaw City. My brother wanted to go find this marsh out in the woods somewhere. It was said to have bald eagles. We were trying to get video and photos of them that weekend and I took the Jeep right out into the woods. There was this pond that was on both sides of me it stretched like 3 miles so I was like "Better not get stuck cuz there is no turning around." I definitely wished I had 33's or 35's on that thing for that run. The stock 28's ended up being fine though. That Jeep is a beast stock. I feel like it can get through just about anything. kennethk, according to your signature we do not have the same model, but I'll be damn if it does not look exactly identical.

lol! Very nice! I don't quite have the funds to do much to the Jeep. It is not as cheap as the Saturn was sadly.

    New Setup

Sounds like it was a fun ride! I miss my SW2. The Jeep is so top heavy I can't drive it like the Saturn's lol!

    New Setup

Yeah dude + he added the forged internals.. That is probably a sick ass ride. >3000lbs on 22psi! All I can say is "weeeee!!" I think the only thing I might do if I owned it would be to add some sort of coilover suspension system. I like to do autocross type junk though.

Very nice sir! If he took that car apart and could find the buyers he probably has 2-3grand just in turbo parts. That is a pretty decent deal.

    New Setup

I did run Prime95 a few nights ago to in between Memtest86 and SiSoft Burn-in testing. So I do know the system is very stable as of right now. When I installed everything and set it up I set everything up on an Auto-Overclock setting and I wrote down all the timings ASUS recommended and I rolled with that during my tests. The memory was actually overclocked during the BSOD. Everything else is still slightly OC'ed except for the memory. I don't recall the speed or timings of the RAM, but it is set to stock now. I actually have not been keeping up with hardware much. This system was all built by recommendation from Bosco. He said he uses this on his home PC's so, if he is using them I figured they had to be pretty darn good. I did not go with SSD's because I did not really have a ton of money to spend. This whole setup was only in the mid $600 range. The 5 HDD range from 1 year to 6 years old. The one that is failed is an older drive and is no longer able to be RMA'ed. Oh man.. Turbocharged SC2! Rock on! Is it just going to be 5PSI or are the internals all rebuilt on it for more power? I sold the Supercharged ION Redline a year ago. I am rolling in a Gecko Green Jeep Wrangler now lol! Man I have not thought about Saturns in so long.. Since that drunk chick hit me and totaled my SW2 I have been a sad, sad man and I have had no interest in building up an engine or anything. You will have to shoot me some photo's if you end up getting it. I'd like to see the Turbo manifold setup! They are always pretty interesting looking unless it is just the "log" style.

    New Setup

Thanks guys! I have it installed as single channel. The heatsink was in the way to do multi-channel.. now that I am thinking about it though I could probably slap them on the end of each channels. I might give that a shot next time I shut down the PC. Looks like it might be a tight fit though. Either way I can't complain too much.. The PC is just blazing fast. I used Convert X to DVD today. You can set it to use "x" amount of cores. My old PC to convert a 2 hour movie and burn it literally took about an hour or so to do. I set it to 8 cores on this new rig, went poop (10mins), came back and it was done converting. I think it took almost as long to burn the disc as it did to convert it.

    New Setup

I put together a new computer this weekend. I am using the same tower, PSU, CDROM, HDD's from my old rig. The old Rig was an Intel Wolfdale Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHz 8GB RAM Nvidia Geforce 260 Video Card The new rig contains the following: ASUS M5A97 R2.0 Motherboard AMD FX 8350 (4.0GHz 16MB Cache 8-Core) XFX R7970 Black Edition Video Card Mushkin Enhanched 16GB RAM PC Power and Cooling 610w PSU Photo time! This is the old hardware out on the table surrounded by all the new hardware. The marriage of the CPU and Motherboard Putting together: Video Card Sexiness: Hard Drive Sexiness: Case Badges (If you look closely you will notice the old elusive OCC Case Badge from 2002/2003) Computer Reassembled: Holy Crap Moment: So one of my drives had failed, but on the bright side I had nothing on the drive because I knew it was on the verge of giving up. After about 5 hours of installing Windows Updates, Software, etc. I finally got to test the PC out a bit and see how well it would run. So to stress my PC I kind of just started using [email protected] For those of you who run [email protected] you know that this does a fairly great job at stressing your entire PC. After about ~10mins of running [email protected] my PC BSOD on me. Typically if everything is running fine and temps look great your culprit is going to be your memory. So we started there and I went into the Bios and tinkered around with it until I found a Memory timing/speed that allowed me to run the PC flawlessly. Last night after I got everything setup correctly I decided to let [email protected] run all night to make sure everything was good to go. It has been running non-stop for 17 hours. I even have it on "Full" right now as I am using the PC with hardly any noticeable lag/delay. I must say I am quite happy with this PC so far! Here are some random photos of the Bio's, Memtest86, [email protected], Sisoft Sandra Lite Scores.
  17. Haha very true! I guess we will see. I will start going through my Japanese books again this weekend. If I get the hang of everything then I will probably flip a coin in December to figure out where I am headed lol!
  18. I like that color, but you need some real tires on there. A winch and KC lights with street tires just doesn't fit Yeah dude.. The original plan was to get the 2inch lift and add 35's. But I would also have to change the gear ratio over and it started getting really expensive so I was just going to settle for the lift and 33's. That is the plan right now. If I can get it sold with in the next couple months I will be leaving the US. I am having a hard time putting it up for sale.. I just freaking love it so much.
  19. Dang that was very informative lol! I appreciate you taking the time to write that. Oddly that makes me want to go even more-so now lol! I have had some lean Japanese books for sometime now. I learned a little bit, but nothing that could really help at all I don't think. I was thinking about doing Ireland first because of this. While I was overseas spend time learning about the Japanese culture and language. Then heading over there. Then again, I wont be able to go until mid Jan, so it is very possible I can learn what I need to learn by then. Again, thanks for posting! I will hit you up if I come across any concerns or questions while researching all of this.
  20. Holy crap that is a pretty amazing photo Andrew! Here is muh Jeep.
  21. I am with Chase and I do have eBilling. Most everything is done though them as of right now. I am really leaning towards going. The only real think holding me back is the Jeep I bought last year. I am very doubtful I will find a place out there that will pay me more than my Room+Board+Food. So if the Jeep cannot get sold I am not sure it will be viable. I also was in the process of starting up a Photography Business with 2 of my friends and my brother. My 2 friends as of late seem to be lacking interest while I keep putting work into everything. So the only other thing keeping me US bound besides the Jeep is the possibility of a major career/life change. Other than that I have decided I want to start in Ireland. Possibly work my way around the world from there. I wont be able to leave until Mid Jan 2014. I have some obligations I need to do here first. So we will see..
  22. Wow! Thank you! That was actually quite informative and a lot of it I really did not even consider or think of. The Bank for one thing I was kinda thinking how the hell am I going to pay my bills in the US while living overseas lol! Doing some sort of International Banking would kinda just make things easier. Luckily I have nothing here other than family. So leaving really is not much of an issue. I just have the Jeep which is mucho expensive. I doubt I can find anything overseas that will cover the cost of living/current debt/Jeep.
