Question: How did you get screen-shots with drop down menus open? I failed that bit, whenever i hit snip they disappeared.

I use ScreenHunter instead of shift/print screen.

First they say recommended then they say i have to use it?

 

EDIT: It wont let me install without selecting install toolbar.... I hate apps that install toolbars, heaven knows i have enough addons already.

 

EDIT2: It doesn't capture drop down menus. They disappear when i hit the hot key before it takes the pic.

Hey Speed,

 

I just uninstalled the app, downloaded the updated version and installed just fine without having to agree with adding the toolbar. Not sure what's up with yours. Maybe a corrupted download?

Okay, idk where the page i downloaded it was then. Guess i got the wrong download. Installed fine, but i still cant capture drop down menus.

To capture the full screen (including drop downs)

 

Open Screenhunter - on the main options page under "Capture What" make sure to select "Full Screen".

 

Now put Screenhunter in standy (which will minimize it to the tray)

 

Open the page or item you want to capture - press F6 and it will capture the entire screen including drop downs. Here, I just did it again;

I got it to work, but only by disabling the capture of the mouse pointer. Thanks

Although outlook 2003 which I assume your using is kind of old considering they have outlook 2010 out.

Procedure is essentially the same except toolbar buttons are different in 2010

Just migrated to 2010 for work and it is a little different but I have not dug into it due to time constraints. The calendar function is great. I set up my week the week before and then at the end of the week figure out what I missed.......
