The mod to the case involved removal of the 3.5" support plates because they are not going to be used. I have no use for 6 possible hard drives in the case. Two hd is all I will require. Floppy disk drives are extinct now anyways. The pump/resovoir was rotated 90 degrees. The 6970 is sooooo heavey. Whew! Too thick. Too many display options permanently fixed to the slot brackets. After gaming I touched the back plate and it gave off heat similar to a bagel out of a toaster.
