THE WHOLE POINT IS TO PUT MY TOP DOLLAR AMOUNT AND LET PEOPLE NEGOTIATE DOWN. Why would i start with my lowest price?
Because it is misleading,
If someone puts prices on the stuff they have, a lot of the people think that is what you are aiming for and get the mindset you wont go for anything drastically less.
If lets say you are willing to part with the processor for 120, but you set the price at 200 no one would dare to go that low in fear of rejection, even if it is through pm or email.
That is why you need to be 20 bucks higher than what you want for it (140 if you agree with 120 on the processor for example), this way people have room to haggle and you can get a good price for it of they agree to your +$20 offer.
Dont ask for top dollar because you will scare off potential customers, just my 2 cents.

it could be a number of things.
1- the card is dying (highly doubtful, but it could be possible)
2- the drivers you have currently installed gives problems (would be my first guess)
3- the card is running to hot even tho you might think the temps are fine (would be my second guess)
4- the overclock you have (if any) is to high and the card malfunctions because of that
the first thing you should do is downloading a previous gpu driver when you didnt had this problem and see if it persist.
if it still persist, try re-seating the gpu, this can do miracles, clean the pc/videocard while you are at it
check temps with light stress testing programs like heaven or msi afterburner, if it is over 80c, it can be to hot for the card to handle and you should up the fanspeed or downclock the card for lower temps.
crysis 3 is a bad optimised game, and it has really big optimisation flaws just to make the consumer happy because they cant max out crysis 3 and it is not for a good reason.
if you compaired low to very high on the first crysis you could see a huge difference in between the settings, if you set it to medium it was a decent looking game every pc gamer could run, but the graphics were not as spectaculair as on very high but this is not the case on crysis 3, not by a long shot..
if you didnt go compair them side by side you wouldnt even notice it would be on low or very high except the framerate.
crysis 3 is a shame to the pc comunity and crytek should shuffle this game into their arses and make a decent game next time.
so my advice would be just stick with the cheapest solution because it aint worth it.
