  1. A_G, thanks for keeping us informed about the board. Im looking forward to hearing how it is. My DFI NF3 250's are very stable, and OC quite well, I think this will make a nice labor day present to myself
  2. Using 1/2 multiplyer will give you a different memory result. Check the stickies (post #9), you will see more information. I would also recommend that you download a version of UltimateBootCD. It has a version of Prime95, memtest, as well as a few other stress tests, so you can test for stability before entering Windows. The newer bios's have memtest86+ built it, so you can use that to test that your memory is stable before entering windows. Entering Windows unstable is not a good idea, files will become corrupt, and in a worst case scenario you may have to reinstall windows.
  3. There is a modded bios that you have to download, which will give you the option to set the vdimm up to 4v. However the Vdimm is delivered from the 3.3v rail, so your 3.3v rail needs to be ~.2v higher than the Vdimm you want to set in bios. Your PSU is not adjustable, so it would either need to be vmodded or replaced with an adjustable PSU to get higher than 3.2v. You should be able to get about 3.15v stable without modding the PSU (depending the voltage on the 3.3v rail).
  4. Futuremark link not working. What is the system specs? Glad to see that you got your Sempron OCd to ~2.5ghz with such little voltage. Here is a shot of what my DFI NF3/Sempron is running at. [bimg]http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=66438&stc=1[/bimg] I am using 512mb A-Data PC3200/ATI 9500np/OCZ 420w Powerstream/XP90 80mm Tornado with a refurb DFI NF3 board. It is a very budget setup... and very good performing as well. This is my comparison with the Chaintech VNF3-250 board that I just replaced. [bimg]http://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=66437&stc=1[/bimg] I will get a 3dmark score soon Although my 9500 score will not be near the 20k mark... Although I may drop a 9800pro in to bench. (I bench with the video card at stock speeds to see the difference in system performance, not GPU performance)
  5. I am very interested in hearing how that EB does dreiu. If you could do a mini review, with the max FSB at each given Vdimm setting, that would be really nice to see.
  6. I have had similar experiences with a 512mb stick of Corsair 3200C2v2.2 (CH5). 250x10 2,2,2,11 without a hitch. Over 3vdimm CH5 tends to act like BH5...
  7. Im interested in the Tornados, YGPM.
  8. Newegg.com, Googlegear.com, and SVC.com are all great. SVC is a modding store, so that is a great place to pick up all the mod supplies, while components come from Newegg and Googlegear. Directron is pretty good too, but most of the prices are higher than SVC. But there are many things that I have seen only at Directron, so that keeps me looking there.
  9. What voltage do the LEDs run on, both for the blue and the UV?
