  1. hey bungholio, you are right re: t1/t2. when i purchased my first cg stepping cpu, i was informed via the dfi nf 250 manual that t2 could now be enabled on said mobo for stablity. then through forums, heard you should disable for latency...then, when going through the bios, saw cpc was auto(assumed 2t was now enabled). i had it the other way 'round. the thing is, i got better latency on some benchies when diabled. anyway, the mod is goofy, get a real psu, and yes you are an odd one...
  2. flash to 03/10/05 bios. also check your voltage in bios. if they fall below spec values, might need more power. extra floppy power connector plugged in board?
  3. try cpc disabled (2t) for stablity, once stable, back to 1t if you want low latency. to disable cpc, chose disable, as the bios default is auto.
  4. "when you blow 2k on a sli rig a few hundred more shouldn't hurt ya too much......lol" i agree. even w/ an nf4 ultra i would never use anything less than a high amp single +12 rail psu. w/ modern power hungery cards and a desire to up voltages reguardless of what gear is installed and running, the pc power and cooling 510 does it for me. not one problem here w/this board and memory. so many are having probs with what they think are bad memory, board or gpu card are down to not enough power to keep everything stable. they can be expensive, but i like everything working out of the box, which it has...
