I don't think it can be said any better then that I to came from AMD and I still do a lot of AMD builds I just found that Intel cant be beat for the most part other then price just saying.

I to am under water I have it @ 4.578 @1.278 vcore and input@ 1.904 I have not messed with ring at all yet my temps are 28-30c idle and 65-71 at load after about 3 hours of testing it hits those temps prime maxed me out @74c after 2 hours then I was told not to use it on these chips
